“I found the coolest loft on Realtor.com and on a whim decide to drive by and check it out. Once there, I realized it was vacant so of course I was dying to go inside. I called Courtney and she dropped what she was doing and met me there in less than 30 minutes. She seemed as excited as I was by the uniqueness of the 1911 sock factory converted to lofts. I ended up buying the loft and some of the personal property, which she had to go back and forth on price with the seller. She was a great negotiator and made everything so easy and stress free for us. I highly recommend her!!”
